We love books, that is no secret. We have a growing home library of childrens books. We are always look for new books to enjoy and add to our collection. Summer is here for us and we have been outside enjoying the sunshine and bugs that we see all around. My oldest is always trying to collect some unsuspecting bug and put it in his butterfly net bag. Putting bugs and books together is a win win at my house. One night a very lonely firefly goes off in search of friends.

A so-so book if you're reading to preschoolers about insects. A better book if your elementary school aged child is doing butterfly research.
